As always, the schedule is subject to change, and often does due to weather or other events that are beyond our control. The weekly training page and/or your e-mail will give you the latest scoop. All training sessions begin at 1900 unless otherwise specified. SFFMA and TCFP Continuing Education Most, but not all, of our training sessions count toward fulfilling the requirements for certification through the State Firemens and Fire Marshals Association (SFFMA). Additionally, many of the classes and drills count towards the annual 20-hour Continuing Education requirement of the Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP). Attention Members! Occasionally, additional training classes, not listed on the calendar, are offered. Be sure to check your e-mail and the bulletin board in the classroom for more details. Driver/ Operator Training Chief Beeson and Captain Esparza offer Driver/Operator training by appointment. Get with either of them to schedule a time. Medical Continuing Education Our medical continuing education classes are open to all interested EMS providers, at no charge. Upcoming subjects are listed below. Members, although I keep copies of any CE Certificates you give me, it is up to you to ensure you have enough CE's to re-certify. If you have any questions, ask me.
